| Bob Tompkins joined Bradford National Bank full-time in 1987, following a BNB internship and graduation from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Economics. |
Over the years, he has worked in bookkeeping, served as a teller and loan teller, student loan officer, and Greenville Branch Manager. He became a full-time agricultural loan officer in 1995, a position he still holds today.
Bob is very active in the community and currently serves as a member and treasurer of the Bond County 4-H Auction Committee, a position he has held since 1990. He has been a member and treasurer of the American Farm Heritage Museum, and is also a member of the Bond County Fair Association, the Pleasant Mound Community Center, and the Bond County Farm Bureau. He is also a past trustee and treasurer of the Smithboro Fire Protection District.

Rich has a MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in finance, both from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Rich serves on a number of civic boards in the area including the Highland Rotary, the Mater Dei Foundation, and St. Rose School.

Steven Bartlett worked at Bradford National Bank while in college and came back full-time in late 2012. Steven currently serves as branch manager and loan officer at our Marine facility, where he manages the day-to-day operations.
He can assist customers in a variety of areas including personal, business, and agricultural lending services.
Steven is very active in the community serving as a firefighter and treasurer of the Marine Fire Department, treasurer of the Marine/St. Jacob Jaycees, and treasurer of the Marine Homecoming Association. He is also Chairman of the Marine Police board, and is a trustee for the Village of Marine.
